Kannada blockbuster will now be remade as a semi dubbed movie in Telugu. This movie has been given the title Amrutha Varsham. Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar is the director. Bollywood Superstar Amitabh Bachchan is playing a cameo in this movie.

This movie will not be dubbed as a whole as Telugu audiences' preferences vary from the Kannada audience. Amrutha Varsham stars Samir Dattani and Ramya in the lead. It will be produced by P.Kiran under Anandi Arts. Jayasudha, Nasser, Dharamavarapu Subramanyam and Sunil will be present in the re shot version. The songs have also been changed by music director Kalyani Malik himself.
