Devi turns editor

Producer of Kannada films Jayasri Devi is going back to her roots. When she had come to Karnataka from Andhra Pradesh she had the back up of journalism. She produced the first Kannada film Kona Eedaithe and went on producing quality films with multi star cast. Bhavani, Nammura Mandhara Hoove, Amrutha Varshini, Nishyabda, Habba, Prema Raga Hadu Gelathi, Sri Manjunatha and others.

Now after a series of debacles and loans she has been editing for journals at White Field Ashram of Sri Satya Sai Baba. She is getting a monthly salary of Rs.20000 to lead life. She is paying Rs.10000 as rent to her Gandhinagar office to keep the contact of the film production in tact.
