It's Milana vs Anatharu

Last month, it was Vishnuvardhan starrer Mathad Mathad Mallige competing with Shivaraj kumar starrer Gandana Mane. This week, it's going to be Darshan and Upendra starrer Anatharu and Puneeth starrer Milana making it to the theatres on the same day. Both these big-budget films are to be released this Friday.

Sadhu Kokila directs Anatharu starring Upendra, Darshan, Radhika and Sanghavi in the lead. Munirathna produces the film, which is a remake of the Tamil film, Pitamagan.

Prakash has directed Milana starring Puneeth Rajkumar in the lead. Malayalam actress Parvathi makes her entry into Kannada films with this movie, which is being produced by Prakash and Dushyanth. Krishnakumar cranks the camera and music maestro Mano Murthy helms the music.
