The
launch
of
Gandanamane
audio
album
was
an
event
to
remember
not
only
because
Shivaraj
Kumar
shared
his
thoughts
of
playing
the
role
of
a
Bus
Conductor
in
the
film,
but
also
because
producer
R.S.
Gowda
proved
to
be
a
good
singer
on
his
own.
R.S.
Gowda
sung
a
few
lines
of
the
album's
popular
song
Ah
Ah
Gandana
Mane'
in
his
melodious
tone
much
to
the
surprise
of
the
media
men
and
his
well
wishers
who
had
come
to
the
audio
release
function.
The
film's
director
S.
Mahendar,
Story
and
script
writer
B.A.
Madhu,
Music
director
Madhu,
Actor
Tennis
Krishna
were
also
present
during
the
function.
Mohan
of
Anand
Audio,
the
distributors
of
the
album
was
one
of
the
guests
of
the
function.
The
function
which
started
much
before
Shivaraj
Kumar's
arrival
to
the
function
would
have
been
a
dull
affair
like
many
audio
release
functions
these
days,
but
for
the
above
mentioned
incidents
and
also
for
speeches
made
by
V.
Manohar
and
Mahendar.
Manohar
may
have
encounted
controversy
because
of
his
recent
opinions
on
the
Independence
Day,
but
he
was
sober
and
to
the
point
in
his
speech
in
this
function.
He
said
that
Shivaraj
Kumar
has
rendered
play
back
in
every
film
that
he
has
composed
music
for
the
Hatrick
Hero.
He
also
added
that
the
offer
of
Gandana
Mane
came
to
him
even
before
Duniya
became
a
big
musical
hit
and
when
he
was
in
dire
need
of
films.
Mahendar
paid
compliments
to
Shivaraj
Kumar's
dedication
and
producer
Gowda's
commitment
in
film
making.
