IT Department raid Mungaru Male producers

The Income Tax department today raided the houses and offices of the Mungaru Male producer and distributors E Krishnappa, KCN Kumar and Jayanna. The film has almost crossed a gross 50 crore rupees. Accusing the trio of tax evasion, they said that the taxes that they paid were not proportional to the income from the film.

Upon raiding the house, they seized documents accounts and money. They refused to disclose the amount of money that was seized. Upon being asked about the raids, the accused said that they have no complaints about the raid. They emphasized that all their documents were correct.
