The
grand
celebration
turned
out
to
be
a
tame
affair.
We
are
talking
about
the
press
conference
of
the
Mungaru
Male
held
to
celebrate
the
big
success
of
the
film
and
a
smooth
and
joyous
hundred
days
run
in
all
the
theatres
where
it
was
released.
Mungaru
Male,
produced
by
E.
Krishnappa
and
directed
by
Yogaraj
Bhat,
is
certainly
a
block
buster
which
has
been
like
a
Tsunami
wave
which
has
swept
away
many
successful
films.
It
is
not
an
ordinary
rain,
but
a
big
storm
in
the
Box
office
and
rightfully
it
is
called
as
the
biggest
hit
of
the
Kannada
film
industry
so
far.
With
this
sort
of
big
success,
it
was
natural
that
the
media
persons
expected
good
inputs
about
something
which
has
not
come
to
light
so
far
and
the
analysis
of
the
success
by
those
people
who
were
behind
the
project.
But
nothing
of
that
sort
had
happened.
Producer
E.
Krishnappa,
Yogaraj
Bhat,
Ganesh,
Cameraman
Krishna,
Actress
Sudha
Belawaadi
were
present,
but
they
did
not
share
their
thoughts
about
the
film
with
clear
enthusiasm.
Apparently
something
has
happened
in
the
hundred
days
since
the
film
was
released.
Yogaraj
Bhat
who
is
a
writer
and
director
who
has
set
some
high
standards
in
his
work
was
happy
enough
to
say
that
the
success
of
the
film
was
due
to
the
team
effort.
Ditto
was
the
words
used
by
Ganesh
to
explain
the
success
of
the
film.
Yogaraj
Bhat
added
even
unit
boy
has
helped
in
his
own
way
in
making
of
the
film
and
the
success
of
the
film
was
due
to
the
Kannada
audience
who
were
thirsting
to
see
good
films
and
the
press
who
encouraged
the
film
in
good
measure.
Krishnappa
said
that
he
had
no
idea
of
producing
a
Kannada
film,
but
he
did
it
only
because
he
wanted
to
promote
the
career
of
Ganesh.
“I
will
continue
to
back
the
people
who
are
in
need
of
big
breaks"
he
promised.
