Naanu Gandhi takes off

Nanjundegowda has started shooting his children film titled Naanu Gandhi. It is being shot currently at Allsandra village in Channapatna Taluk. Brahmavar plays an important role along with Master Likhith, Prameela Joshai and several child artistes. Nanjundegowda's previous children film A Aa E Ee had won appreciation from critics and was even screened at the International Children festival in Hyderabad.

Nanjundegowda said that he is dealing with an issue of Gandhigiri as practiced by a grandfather and his grandson. He said that he opted for Allsandra village, as it has houses that suit the film. The shooting would take about twenty days and would continue till the end of the month. “We have found a suitable location for this film. Since it is summer holidays, I managed to get bulk dates from the children who will be here till 25th of this month,” said Najundegowda. He also revealed that he would launch a new film titled Naanu Neenu Jodi on June 1 with Vijaya Raghavendra in the lead.
