Ravichandran jealous of Nenapirali Prem

If anyone doubted Crazy Star Ravichandran"s busy weight loss these days, leaving aside his desire to stop acting in films? The answer to this question was delivered by none other than the Crazy Star himself during the audio launch of Pallakki held on Saturday afternoon. "Well, I have been receiving many phone calls from girls to inquire about my films and my heroines. Even now I am receiving calls from many college girls. But they ask me for Prem's phone number and information about his next film' said Ravichandran in jest after he released the audio and CD album of Pallakki. It"s lead roles feature the current heart throb Prem and Punjabi lass Ramanithu Chowdhary, the new entrant to the Kannada film industry.

Ravi was joking but he still enjoyed sharing the joke implying about the rising popularity of the new heroes in comparisons to the reigning superstars. Ravichandran did not attend the cassette release function of his own film Ugadhi which was held a few days earlier though. Dr. Vishnuvardhan released the cassette on that day. Ravichandran explained his presence in the audio release function telling that it was Prem who invited him to the function and he could not say no to it. Sa. Ra. Govindoo, a close friend of one of the producers of the film, was also present as the chief guest. Guru Kiran who has composed music for the film said that all the songs of the film had variety.

Ramanithu Chowdhary who was present that working in Pallakki was a beautiful experience for her and she has been enjoying a good innings in the Kannada film industry since then. Prem thanked the producers Paramesh and Prem and director Narendra Babu for giving him a good role backed by a powerful story.
