Rekha is now Akshara

Huchcha and Hudugaata heroine Rekha has now changed her name to Akshara for the Telugu films. Rekha is now presently acting in Kannada film Accident with Ramesh Arvind. Her next release is Gunavantha with Nenapirali Prem. She has just signed a new Telugu film Ninna Nedu Repu for which the shooting has just now started.

At the launch of this Telugu film Ninna Nedu Repu, Rekha had announced that she has changed her name to Akshara. She was hitherto known as Rekha even in the Telugu film industry also.
