Sachin who made his entry into Kannada films with Daya Nayak, will be next seen in Chanaksha directed by H.S. Rajsekhar and produced by M.C. Shwetha. Sachin later appeared in Shuklam Baradaram and Ee Preethi Onthara.

Anjali Pandey plays the female lead. Anjali earlier appeared in the Hindi film, Wounded. Well-known lyricist-cum-director Geethapriya has penned one number for the film which has music scored by S.P. Chandrakanth.
