Shivaraj's take on joint family

Shivrajkumar is playing the lead role in Bandhu Balaga, a film revolving around the story of a joint family. The interesting part of the film is that Shivanna"s father, legendary actor Dr. Rajkumar, had heard the story penned by Janardhana Maharishi, but did not get the chance to act in the big screen adaptation of the same.

The story rights are presently with M.B. Babu, who is co-producing the film with Kamalakar. Naganna directs the film which also casts Harish Raj, Dodanna and Shashikumar in important roles.
