Producer
Govardhan
Murthy
and
director
Ravi
Srivatsa
were
in
their
elements
on
Friday,
the
day
of
launch
of
Maadesha
starring
Shivaraj
Kumar.
The
muhurat
held
at
Kanteerava
Studios
was
a
grand
affair
with
Shivaraj
Kumar
fans
making
their
presence
in
large
numbers.
And
to
make
the
proceeding
interesting,
there
was
high
voltage
cheering
from
the
crowd
all
around.
Power
Star
Puneet
Raj
Kumar
sounded
the
clap
for
the
film
and
Ms.
Parvathamma
Rajkumar
was
present
in
the
function
to
bless
the
occasion.
Shivaraj
Kumar
shot
for
the
muhurat
shot
in
a
different
get
up
and
hairstyle.
In
the
media
conference
addressed
later,
Shivaraj
Kumar
said
that
he
is
making
conscious
efforts
to
look
different
in
each
of
the
roles
and
take
on
roles
that
are
as
diverse
as
possible.
Maadesha
is
one
film
that
has
inspired
him
because
of
the
story
element
and
the
characterization.
He
said,
'I
would
say
that
this
is
a
feel
film
like
Jogi,
but
the
comparison
should
end
there.
There
are
some
fresh
elements
in
the
film
on
which
Ravi
Srivatsa
has
worked
on.
I
am
very
happy
with
the
way
Ravi
has
created
sequences
in
the
film
which
show
the
fear
complex
of
the
underworld
personalities.
But
the
emotions
expressed
in
the
film
are
excellent.
The
fear
of
the
characters
is
in
the
mere
in
the
form
of
emotions
expressed
through
the
eyes."
Shivaraj
Kumar
said
that
he
is
acting
in
different
types
of
films
now.
It
is
not
that
he
is
clinging
to
underworld
based
films
only
to
get
success.
“My
recently
released
films
will
reveal
as
to
how
I
am
making
efforts
to
portray
different
characters.
Gandana
Mane
was
a
sentimental
film
while
Santha,
which
was,
released
much
before
this
film,
was
a
love
story
with
the
backdrop
of
underworld.
My
future
films
Lava
Kusha
and
Sathya
in
Love
would
also
be
different'
said
Shivaraj
Kumar.
Ravi
Belagere,
who
is
being
seen
more
in
films
and
film
related
activities,
will
also
be
doing
another
film
this
time.
He
was
there
in
the
press
conference
of
Maadesha
to
announce
that
he
is
involved
in
the
writing
of
the
script
of
the
film.
He
will
also
act
in
the
film.
The
heroine
of
the
film
has
not
been
selected
yet,
but
there
are
some
other
artists
who
are
included
in
the
star
cast
including
Yethiraj,
son
of
actor
Jaggesh,
who
is
making
debut
in
this
film.
The
other
artists
are
Bullet
Prakash,
Harish
Rai,
Kote
Prabhakar
and
Muni
are
in
the
cast.
