Upendra refuses Tamil film villains role

Kannada Superstar Upendra has declined the offer to act in big budget Tamil film Sathyam in which he was offered the villains role. Sathyam has action hero Vishal in the lead role. Bharat, the film's director, had approached Upendra a number of times in his house for this role. He also met Uppi while the actor was shooting for his Telugu film in Hyderabad and Bangalore. But despite the strength of the role, Uppi was not prepared to do that role.

Now, Uppi has finally said that he will not accept the offer. Uppi, who has acted in Telugu film Toss and Bomma Burasa, has said that the role offered to him in the film has grey shades despite being a powerful role. He also said the role was a little sentimental in nature.

Right now, Upendra is concentrating on the shooting of his new film Bhimoos Bang Bang Kids', which is being directed by S.V. Rajendra Singh Babu. Actress Ramya is his heroine in the film.
