April release for Bandhu Balaga

Shivaraj Kumar starrer Bandhu Balaga, a family-based film directed by Naganna, produced by Soorappa Babu and Kamalakkar and scripted by Janardhana Maharishi, is scheduled to hit theatres this April. The sentimental flick will have Shashikumar playing the role of Shivaraj Kumar"s elder brother and Harishraj as his brother-in-law.

The movie, focusing on family relationships, also stars Poonam Kaur, Jyothirmayi, Mandip Rai, Doddanna, Honnavalli Krishna, and Hema Chaudhary. Hamselekha helms the music for songs penned by him. One of the songs, rendered by veteran singer S.P. Balasubramanian, is based on the life of producer Soorappa Babu.
