Darshan looking forward to 2009

2008 is coming to an end and challenging star Darshan has all reasons to feel happy. His film Gaja was the first hit of the year in Sandalwood and he repeated the success with Indra, Arjun and Navagraha. One admirable aspect of Darshan is that his films have been released at regular intervals with adequate time between them. Gaja and Indra have scored well, but Arjun lagged behind a little.

Moreover, the action star became a father when his wife gave birth to a beautiful baby in October.

Now, Darshan is looking forward to 2009 confidently. His next venture Abhaya is going to the floors on December 5th. The film will have the usual Darshan formula of action and punch dialogues. Babu Reddy of Hudugata fame is the producer and Mahesh Babu will direct it after completing the Shivaraj Kumar starrer Paramesha Panwala. The heroine is not yet announced. Harikrishna will score the tunes while the camera will be handled by Ramesh Babu.
