Gaja hits screens today

Darshan starrer Gaja, directed by debutante Maadesh, produced by Srinivas Murthy and Suresh Gowda, is hitting theatres tomorrow, January 11, 2008. Maadesh has earlier assisted directors like K.V. Raju, M.S. Ramesh and Shivamani. Gaja, based on a Telugu novel published in 1998, will have Darshan playing the title role. Navya Nair plays the female lead.

The audio of the film has already been released and its songs 'Maathu Nanavalu', 'Lambooji Lambooji' and the title track have become very popular. Hari Krishna helms the music. Two songs of the film were shot in Switzerland and one song in Bangkok. Others in the cast include Ekta Kapoor, Devaraj, Komal, Subburaju, Shobharaj, Master Hiranniah and Srinath.
