Ganesh to act tough

Ganesh, the golden star of Kannada cinema, is ready for a complete makeover. Famous for his soft romantic roles till now, he is changing his style in his next movie Bombaat. Director Rajendra Babu is confident about the success of the movie in which he presents Ganesh in a new avatar.

In Bombaat, Ganesh has discarded his image of a romantic hero and adorns the role of a tough guy who uses brain rather than brawn to destroy his enemies. The film, expected to give Ganesh a new fan following and become a turning point in his career, has completed shooting and is in post-production stage.

Ramya is Ganesh's heroine in Bombaat. The producer, Rockline Venkatesh, is also very confident of the box office success of the movie. Music is rendered by Mano Murthy, who has delivered two musical hits with Ganesh before -- Mungaru Male and Cheluvina Chiththara.
