Ganesh going to Malaysia

Sangama, featuring Golden Star Ganesh (the most popular hero of Kannada cinema) and Vedhika, has completed the shooting of its talkie portions. Vedhika, who has already acted in Tamil and Telugu films, gets introduced to Kannada through this film being produced under the reputed banner of S.V. Babu Productions. The crew will be leaving for Malaysia soon to shoot for three songs.

Producer S.V. Babu says that although a love subject, Sangama gives importance to comedy also. Comedian Komal Kumar, who has an important role to play, is hopeful to become a big star through the film. It was completed in a schedule of 51 days with some exotic sets erected in Bangalore for shooting songs. He explained that he has learnt from the mistakes of his earlier film Savi Savi Nenapu and tried not to repeat them in Sangama.

The director is Ravi Varma and music is scored by newcomer Deviprasad. The producer is planning to introduce Deviprasad on the day of the audio launch at Devanagere. Another film from the banner S.V. Babu Productions, titled Josh, is continuing shooting at a brisk pace.
