Gulabi Talkies ready for release

Internationally-acclaimed director Girish Kasaravalli is now ready with his new film, Gulabi Talkies, to hit theatres soon. The movie, based on a short story with the same name by well known writer Vaidehi, stars Umashri and Pallavi Dattu in pivotal roles.

The movie, produced by Basanth Kumar Patil, showcases the changes brought in the lives of villagers who watch films in a cinema hall called Gulabi Talkies. Issac Thomas Kottukapalli helms the music and Ramachandra Ithal cranks the camera.
