Jab We Met remake in Kannada

It is heard that Jab We Met, one of the most successful Hindi movies in 2007, is going to be remade in Kannada and that producer Ramesh Yadav has obtained the rights for it. Ramesh Yadav overtook other producers who were interested in making this super duper hit and has signed the papers on November 5th. Jab We Met, directed by Imtiaz Ali, was a big hit and gave a boost to Kareena Kapoor's career. The film also featured Shahid Kapoor who was her boyfriend then. The film's strength is its characterization of Geeth played by Kareena. Geeth is a chirpy girl, very lively and full of positive attitude.
