Kumar

Pakru
in
the
leading
role.
Earlier
two
silent
films
were
made
by
Kannadigas.
The
first
was
Pushpaka
Vimana
featuring
Kamal
Hassan
in
the
all
important
role
and
directed
by
Singeetham
Sreenivasa
Rao
made
in
the
year
1987
and
the
second
film
is
Parashu
made
a
few
years
ago.
Talking
about
the
film
director
Ma
Ba
who
had
worked
as
a
Journalist
for
a
few
years
said
that
the
film
deals
with
the
sentimental
aspects
of
the
mother
and
her
midget
son.
Pakru
makes
his
debut
in
a
silent
film
through
Mirror
which
also
has
Veteran
Kannada
artists
like
Padma
Vasanthi,
Abhinaya,
Ramesh
Bhat,
Kashi
and
others.
Chandranna
who
was
working
as
a
cinematographic
assistant
to
many
cameramen
is
making
a
debut
as
a
full
fledged
cameraman
of
this
film.

shot
the
film
in
natural
lights
and
have
not
used
any
unit
or
any
generator'
says
Manjunath
Babu.
Ajaykumar
or
Pakru
has
already
got
two
Best
actor
awards
from
the
state
for
Kerala
and
Tamil
Nadu
for
his
performance
in
films
like
Arbhutha
Dweepam
in
Malayalam
and
Dishshyum
in
Tamil
respectively.
His
name
has
been
included
in
the
Guinness
Book
of
World
Records
for
being
the
film
actor
with
the
shortest
height
of
76
centimeters.
"I
am
not
looking
for
sympathy,
but
I
am
looking
for
social
acceptance.
All
my
community
of
midgets
do
not
want
any
sympathy
from
general
public
or
even
the
state
governments.
If
we
are
socially
accepted,
we
can
do
wonders
and
achieve
something
better'
says
Pakru.
He
has
also
acted
in
Tele
serials
besides
acting
in
over
thirty
Malayalam
films
and
Three
Tamil
films.
He
has
toured
the
globe
exhaustively
to
give
shows
and
entertain
the
audience.
