Pooja heads to Tamil

Actress Pooja Gandhi's busy schedules in Kannada film industry has come to an end, as, as she has completed the shooting of all her Kannada films. She has also dubbed for her film Kaadiruve Ninagaagi directed by action director Jolly Bastin.

The success of her recent film Taj Mahal has given Pooja Gandhi a big boost to her career. And now she has also signed a new Tamil film Thiruvannamalai in which she is pairs with Arjun. The film is produced by Kavithalaya Productions and directed by Perarasu, who had earlier directed super hit films like Thiruppachchi and Sivakasi.

Pooja Gandhi is now busy shooting for her third film. She had acted in Tamil films Kokki and Vaitheeswaran before she acted in Kannada film Mungaru Male.

Earlier, Mumbai based model Tanya Vakil was chosen to play lead to Arjun, but the mumbai girl was so busy with modelling and film assignments that she was unable to doll out dates for her first Tamil film. Pooja was considered as a perfect replacement for Tanya Vakil, as she is also considered as a lucky heroine.
