Puneet's Vamshi ready for release

Puneet Rajkumar has just celebrated the 365th day of Milana. Another big film Vamshi from his home banner (Sri Chakreshwari Combines) will grace theatre on October 2nd. Puneet, called the most successful actor in Kannada cinema, has delivered nine hits in a row from Appu to Milana and the industry expects Vamshi to be his 10th hit.

The film essentially has a mother-son sentiment, veteran actress Lakshmi plays the role of Puneet's mother. Bubbly Nikitha is the heroine, this is her second film but is releasing ahead of her first film Rajakumari.

The crew arranged a get together party for the film and producer Raghavendra Rajkumar said that Vamshi has emotional as well as entertaining elements in it. It is a film that has the potential to go down well with the audience.

Puneet Rajkumar revealed that he is contemplating a role in an offbeat film with a social message. He said that he is ready to act under the direction of Girish Kasaravalli but he is doubtful how it will be accepted by the audience. He said that in his opinion, there is no point in making a film if it is not viewed by the people.
