Rockline Venkatesh puts Lagori on hold?

Producer Rockline Venkatesh has reportedly refused to produce the Kannada movie Lagori, insisting that the story of the movie is not interesting. Directed by Yogaraj Bhat, the movie will feature Powerstar Puneet Rajkumar. The hunt for the heroine is still on.

Right from the beginning, the director is facing one or the other problem. He has been searching for the heroine. Meera Jasmine, Ramya, Tamanna, Sneha Ullal and Trisha have refused to act in the movie. The news of Jayamala's daughter Soundarya acting in the movie has also gone false. The selection of the heroine still remains a question.

According to sources, the reason for dropping the movie is that it is a big budget movie and producer is finding it hard to gather the amount for the movie. Another reason is that the movie will be shot for 134 days. This long period of shooting might has caused for its drop.

Puneet Rajkumar declines the idea of dropping the movie. He says that there is no problem of finance. "To do a big budget movie like Lagori, it will take a lot of time. We are still busy with selection of cast" He refused to comment on Rockline Venkatesh stating that he is not able to communicate him.

However, Yogaraj Bhat is determined to do the movie. He still hopes to get a heroine and complete the movie.
