According to the sources, the actress had signed the Kannada movie Cheluveye Ninna Nodalu, before the release of Jannat. So it has become unavoidable for her. But she has slammed the reports insisting that the story of the movie is good and she has taken it as a challenge.

Sonal, who has acted with Imran Hashmi in Jannat, has expressed her happiness to act with hat-trick hero Shivaraj Kumar. As she is facing language problems, the actor is helping her very much. She said, "I am always ready to act with such a good actor."

The specialty of the movie is that one song is being shot in the seven wonders of world. Sonal is very happy for her beauty is compared with these seven wonders. Now she has become the highest paid actress in Kannada film industry.

She has also been selected for Bollywood director Mahesh Bhat's film. She has refused many Kannada films including Raj stating that the story is not good.
