Director
S.L.N.
Swami
arrived
at
the
concept
of
a
single
shot
film
when
he
saw
a
statue
of
Charlie
Chaplin
at
actress
Thara's
house.
Thara,
on
knowing
this,
readily
accepted
the
idea
but
the
trouble
was
finding
the
right
producer.
It
is
obvious
that
if
they
can
find
a
producer
for
the
single
shot
film,
it
will
bring
in
another
world
record
for
Kannada
Cinema.
Thara
will
need
to
undergo
a
10
day
training
programme
before
the
shooting
and
two
expensive
cameras
are
needed
to
take
the
13500
single
shots
which
will
comprise
the
film.
Actress
Thara
is
on
a
high
after
being
adjudged
best
actress
at
the
Osian
film
fest
in
Delhi
a
while
ago.
She
has
lost
seven
kilograms
of
weight
after
attending
a
10
day
naturopathy
session
in
Dharmasthala
and
looks
slim
now.
Thara
had
attended
the
World
Kannada
Conference
conducted
by
AKKA
at
Chicago
for
two
days.
This
is
her
third
trip
to
the
US.
Before
that,
she
had
gone
to
Malaysia
for
the
shooting
of
Birugali.
Recently,
KFCC
honoured
her
at
a
function
for
getting
the
best
actress
award
at
Osian's.
Her
latest
film
is
Brahmachari
in
which
she
plays
the
role
of
a
'sanyasini'.
She
has
also
signed
a
film
with
director
Chaitanya
of
Aa
Dinagalu
fame.
