Trisha denies her Kannada debut

Actress Trisha denied the reports stating that she would debut in Kannada Cinema through the movie Lagori directed by Yograj Bhat, who has directed hit movies like Mungaru Male and Gaalipata. She says that as she is very busy in Telugu and Tamil, she has not signed any Kannada movie.

Some portals reported that the actress had gone through the script. She liked the story and signed for the same. According to sources, director Yograj Bhat was very keen about actress Trisha and tried to rope in her opposite power star Punnet Rajkumar. But he failed to sign her for she has a very busy schedule.

For the first time, Yograj Bhat and Puneet Rajkumar are coming together for this project. Shooting of the film will take place in New Zealand.
