Vijay takes up diverse roles

Vijay, who rose to fame with Suri-directed Duniya, is playing varied roles in his forthcoming films. While in Mukhyamantri I Love You, Vijay plays the role of the Chief Minister, Pyramid Saimira's new production, Putta presents Vijay as a middle-class auto driver.

Mukhyamantri I Love You, directed by Ravi Belagere and based on the alleged relationship between a former Chief Minister and a Kannada actress, also casts veteran actor Loknath as Tantra Gowda.

Vijay has also signed Slum Bala, scripted by Agni Sridhar and directed by Sumana Kittur, in which he plays the title role, that of a person from the slums.
