sanctioned
the
three
demands
of
Karnataka
Film
Chamber
of
Commerce
on
Thursday.
Recently,
a
delegation
comprising
of
the
newly
elected
President
of
KFCC
Dr
Jayamala,
Parvathamma
Rajkumar,
Rockline
Venkatesh
and
SaRa
Govinda
had
visited
Karnataka
Chief
Minister
BS
Yediurappa
and
submitted
their
demand
list.
This
delegation
listed
nine
different
points
to
improve
the
Film
Industry.
Chief
Minister
BS
Yediyurappa
has
agreed
to
grant
three
demands
and
include
them
in
the
forthcoming
budget.
The
three
demands
are
subsidy
to
all
Kannada
films
except
remake
and
sex
film,
establishing
Cinema
Academy
and
raising
amount
(from
Rs.
15
to
25
Lakhs)
of
awards.

Yediyurappa
has
also
agreed
to
consider
Anti
Goonda
Act
to
put
an
end
to
piracy
in
the
state,
site
for
senior
artists
and
technicians,
relaxing
the
Cinematography
Act
and
other
demands
set
by
the
delegation
of
KFCC.
