Aarti Thakur, Mrs India World in Abhay

Aarti Thakur, Mrs. India World 2006, is the heroine of Abhay, the forthcoming film of challenging star Darshan. Abhay is directed by Mahesh Babu and produced by Bala Reddy. The first shooting schedule has been completed in Bangalore and the second schedule is expected to begin soon.

Mahesh Babu cast Aarti in Abhay because she has a good height, which is essential for any heroine of tall Darshan; also, she can understand Kannada since her family has roots in Karnataka.
