Actress Abhinaya marries a cameraman

Kannada actress Abhinaya, who is presently acting in small screen, has got married to Cinematographer Umakanth in a private wedding function in Dharmasthala on 13th May. Her marriage event was simple and was attended by her close relatives.

Abhinaya entered the Kannada films through the movie Anubhava in 1983. Kashinath starrer movie made her very popular in the film industry. V Manohar's song Hodeya Doora O Jyotegara, in which she acted, has become 'hit song of all times'. Now she has spent 23 years in acting.

Although Anubhava became a hit movie, the actress did not get any good opportunity. She had to be contented with character roles. Later her star changed and she became household name in the television industry. Even today, she is acting in TV serials especially in villain roles.

Another specialty of Abhinaya is that she is not at all involved in any controversies. Her marriage in Dharmasthala was a private function and she had invited relatives and close friends.
