Amrutha Mahotsava comes to a close

The 3 day mega event celebrating the platinum jubilee of Kannada cinema ended on Tuesday with various cultural programmes. The last day also witnessed seminars and speeches on various topics related to cinema. The events and programmes conducted on the last day were sponsored by the Kannada Film Producer"s Association.

The seminar was inaugurated by former Union Minister Ananth Kumar. Veterans Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar, Prof. Baraguru Ramachandrappa, K.S.L. Swamee, S.V. Rajendra Singh Babu, Rockline Venkatesh, Sa.Ra. Govindu, Gangadhara Mudaliar, Dwarakish, S.A. Chinne Gowda took part in the seminar along with KFPA president K.C.N. Chandrasekharan.

The three day event came to an end with a cultural feast which lasted one hour. Several entertainment programmes of different genres were staged to the enjoyment of the excited crowd.
