Gundragovi to release in April

The shooting of Gundragovi featuring Aa Dinagalu fame Sathya is complete. Speaking to the media, producer T.N. Gopala Krishna said that the dubbing work is in progress and the post production work is expected to be completed in March. The film is set to release in April.

Gopala Krishna said that it was his ambition to become an actor and he used to approach director Taresh Raj; when he narrated the film"s story, Gopala Krishna got interested and decided to produce the film. Incidentally, he also plays an important role in Gundragovi.

Director Taresh Raj, who was a film buff from a young age, has been thinking about the story for a long time. When he began to write the script, he did not think about the actors who should play the roles but concentrated on the story. Once the script was finished, he thought Sathya would best suit the script and selected him.

On his part, Sathya said that though he had some initial apprehension regarding the new director, he was convinced of his abilities within a few days of shooting.
