Vinod
Prabhakar
starrer
Kannada
movie
Hori
is
facing
trouble
after
its
producer
Lingegowda
refused
to
invest
more
money
on
it.
The
movie,
which
is
directed
by
Pandu
has
two
heroines
and
Ramanithu
Chaudhary
and
Gowri
Munjal
have
played
the
female
leads.
Producer
Lingegowda,
a
real
estate
businessman
from
Bangalore,
was
introduced
to
Pandu
by
his
friend
Mahesh
Ramswamy.
Pandu
is
a
pupil
of
Tiger
Prabhakar
and
Lingegowda
is
his
fan.
Both
decided
to
make
the
movie
Hori
and
roped
in
Vinod
Prabhakar
for
the
hero
role.
Pandu
promised
Lingegowda
to
complete
the
movie
Hori
with
the
budget
Rs.
1.60
crore.
Now,
the
movie
has
been
shot
for
30
days
in
Rockline
Studios
and
Kaushik
Studios.
So
far
the
movie
has
completed
50%
of
the
shooting
with
the
amount
of
Rs.
1.80
crore.
The
director
is
asking
more
money
to
complete
the
movie.
When
the
producers
asked
for
the
accounts,
Pandu
suggested
him
to
contact
the
production
manager
Vajreshwari
Mallikarjun.
But
he
said
that
he
did
not
know
anything
about
the
accounts.
Then
the
producer
requested
Jaggesh
to
mediate
and
solve
the
problem.
The
actor
brought
a
compromise
between
them
and
made
them
complete
the
movie.
Meanwhile,
the
director
announced
in
a
press
meet
that
the
movie
Hori
was
made
with
Rs.
3.50
crores.
When
the
producer
asked
about
this
after
the
press
meet,
Pandu
said
that
it
would
be
good,
quality
movie
if
gives
extra
amount.
Now,
the
producer
has
gathered
Rs.
1
crore
for
the
shooting
of
rest
of
the
movie.
However,
Hori
is
a
remake
of
Malayalam
movie
Meese
Madhavan.
Earlier
Director
Pandu
tried
to
rope
in
comedy
actor
Jaggesh,
but
he
could
not
get
his
call
sheets.
Four
months
ago,
the
movie
started
shooting
at
Kanteerava
Studio.
