Houseful, Muniya hit theatres today

Much hyped movie Houseful and Muniya have released through out the state today. Hemanth Hegde directed Houseful features actor Diganth and Girija Oak in the leads, while movie Muniya stars Mayur Patel and Sahithya in the leads. A tough competition seems to be going on between the two movies.

Hemanth Hegde's Houseful had earlier hit the headlines after the director promised to establish Charlie Chaplain's biggest statue in the world for the movie. But the movie has now released without the statue in it. The movie has been produced by Anuj Saxena under the banner Maverick Productions.

Diganth and Girija Oak starrer movie has got a subtitle as '100% comedy and 0% Bore'. It is purely a comedy movie and it does not have any glamour and absurd sequences, says director Hemanth Hegde.

Another movie Muniya has been produced with a budget of Rs. 2 crores under the banner Sadguru Entertainers. Sahithya, a newcomer from Kannada, has played alongside actor Mayur Patel. Directed by Nagachandra, the movie has all the entertaining elements like action, glamour, sentiment and lover story. It has a subtitle as 'Sayoku Manasilla, Badhukoku Ishtavilla'.

Muniya has been produced by Muniraju. Taj Mahal fame Abhiman has scored music for the movie, which has Ravivarma and Different Danny's stunts, Malavalli Sayikrishna's dialogues and Mathew's camera work.
