Actor Prajwal Devaraj, whose movie Kencha has released on last Friday, has said that he wants to become a director. Prajawal Devaraj is desperately looking for a successful hit movie. He has already acted in Kannada movies like Sixer, Geleya, Gulama, Meravanige and Gange Baare Tunge Baare, which have failed to rock the Box Office. He has lots of expectation from his latest movie Kencha.

In an exclusive interview to Kannada Weekly Argini, Prajwal said, “Kencha is totally a different from my previous movies. It is a movie about a college student, who fights for his love without sword or sickle. I play a lover boy in the movie. It features me differently in dialogue delivery."

Talking about the success he said, “I totally admit that my previous movies have not been a big hit movie. The reason for it is that every audience has his own tastes and visions. My movies have failed to suit their taste. I"ve tried to understand the audiences" expectations. I"m sure that they accept my different image in Kencha and make the movie a big success."

The actor also talked about his future in the Kannada film industry. He said, “I"ve inherited acting from my father (Devaraj). I took up acting and I"ve been recognized as an upcoming actor in the film industry. I want to become a director. But my dad suggested me to concentrate on acting and become successful actor and then look into direction."

Let us wish him good luck for his latest movie Kencha!
