How did Radhika get Rs.10 crores?

Kannada film actress Radhika, who recently made her comeback through the movie Ishwar, is once again in news after the cash seizure from her house was listed in the top search and seizure operations list by the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT).

The IT investigation wing has reported that according to market sources, the actress was planning to buy a bungalow worth of Rs 12 crores in Dollars Colony. It was also reported that she had planned to produce a movie with an amount of Rs 3 crore. The wing has expressed its surprise how an actress like Radhika, who was getting maximum Rs. 5 lakhs per movie, was able to gather that much of income.

The IT sleuths received information that a large amount of cash was being transported to Radhika's Banashankari residence. Two teams of the IT sleuths had set up a surveillance and waited near her house. The teams noticed Toyota Innova vehicle entering the compound and four gunny sacks of currency notes were being removed and taken into the house. A senior politician was also spotted in the vehicle along with money bags.

A search warrant was issued to investigation department after confirmation of cash transfer into the actress' house. The IT Sleuths teams raided the actress house and found Rs 3.73 crores hidden on the terrace underneath a heap of dry fish.

Radhika has acted in many hit movies like Prem Khaidi, Ninagagi, Tavarige Ba Tangi, Anna Tangi, Anatharu and presently she is acting in Ishwar. Her remuneration for a movie is from 3 to 5 Lakhs. This has made everyone to think. How she was able to gather about Rs 10 crores? Who gave that much amount of money?
