Rajakumari ready for the final countdown

With the Amrutha Mahotsava coming to an end yesterday, the Kannada film industry is looking forward to returning to normalcy. Rajakumari will be the first film to be released after the 15-day holiday announced as part of the platinum Jubilee celebrations.

Although the shooting and post production work of Rajakumari was completed long ago, the film has been for long in cold storage for unknown reasons. This is Nikitha's first Kannada film, but her first release was Vamshi which hit theatres in mid-2008. Apart from Nikitha, V. Ravichandran, Balaji, Kanihaa and Ramanithu Chaudhary star in Rajakumari. Balaji is the younger brother of crazy star V. Ravichandran.

K. Manju and Venkatesh, the producers, are very happy seeing how the film has shaped up. Directed by Govindu, Rajakumari has five beautiful songs.
