Ramya dumped from Prakash Raj’s Naanu Nanna Kanasu
News

Golden
girl
Ramya
has
once
again
proved
that
she
is
controversial
queen
after
she
was
thrown
out
of
Prakash
Raj"s
debut
directorial
venture
Naanu
Nanna
Kanasu.
The
differences
between
Ramya
and
producers
of
the
movie
over
her
remuneration
are
reason
for
dumping
the
actress.
However,
another
upcoming
Kannada
actress
Amoolya,
who
made
her
debuted
in
Kannada
with
Cheluvina
Chittara,
has
been
chosen
for
the
lead
lady
role.
The
Kannada
actress
has
informed
to
Oneindia.in
over
phone
that
she
has
walked
out
of
the
project
Naanu
Nanna
Kanasu
over
the
issue
of
payment.
She
usually
charges
Rs.
35
lakhs
per
movie
and
she
demanded
the
same
from
the
producers.
But
they
were
ready
to
pay
her
only
Rs.
16
lakhs.
Although
negotiation
went
on
the
issue,
she
prefered
to
opt
out
stating
that
she
did
not
want
to
compromise
on
her
salary.
This
is
not
the
first
time
that
Ramya
is
doing
this.
Earlier,
it
happened
on
the
sets
of
Sudeep
directed
Kannada
movie
Just
Maath
Maathalli.
She
had
also
quarreled
with
producer
Ashwini
Ram
Prasad
on
the
sets
of
movie
Jothegaara,
which
is
a
long
pending
movie.
Now
she
has
added
one
more
movie
to
her
list.
It
is
also
said
that
she
was
not
attending
the
shooting
on
time.
She
was
expected
to
reach
Madikeri
to
shoot
the
movie
on
her
birthday
on
November
29,
but
she
had
not
attended
it.
This
irked
the
producers
and
led
them
to
ditch
her.
Whatever
may
be
the
reason
Ramya
had
got
a
good
opportunity
to
work
with
National
Award
winning
actor
like
Prakash
Raj
and
she
should
not
missed
it
over
the
monetary
differences.
Recently,
the
golden
babe
had
made
a
big
news
after
she
pledged
her
eyes
to
Narayan
Nethralaya
Eye
Bank
to
mark
her
28th
birthday.
But
nobody
in
the
Sandalwood
had
expected
her
to
hit
the
headlines
so
early
with
such
an
issue.
However,
Pakash
Raj
directed
movie
Naanu
Nanna
Kanasu
was
launched
its
shooting
at
Karnataka
State
Lawn
Tennis
Association
in
Kabban
Park,
Bangalore.
Now
the
shooting
is
going
on
briskly
and
recently
shooting
took
place
at
Shanivara
Santhe
in
Somawar
Peth.
The
film
crew
is
heading
to
Baba
Buddangiri
for
shooting
on
coming
Saturday.
