Kannada
actress
Ramya,
who
recently
hit
the
headlines
after
she
insulted
choreographer
Harsha
on
the
sets
of
Just
Maath
Maathalli,
is
now
teaming
up
with
actor
Ganesh
Venkatraman.
Earlier,
it
was
reported
that
National
Film
Award
winning
actor
Prakash
Raj
(Prakash
Rai)
was
planning
to
make
his
directorial
debut
in
Kannada.
Golden
girl
Ramya
is
simply
ecstatic
and
is
gushing
about
the
director.
She
says
that
Prakash
has
lot
of
respect
for
women.
"I
think
Prakash
and
I
get
along
like
a
house
on
fire.
We
are
always
talking
and
working
with
him
is
extremely
comfortable.
I'm
really
keen
to
begin
work
on
this
project,
as
I
love
the
subject.
And
the
most
amazing
thing
about
him
is
his
respect
for
women.
I'm
currently
looking
to
work
with
more
film-makers
like
him," DNA
quotes
Ramya
saying.
Ganesh
Venkatraman,
who
entered
films
through
the
Bollywood
movie
Angrez,
is
very
happy
to
debut
in
Kannada
through
Prakash
Raj's
film
Naanu,
Nanna
Kanasu.
Ganesh
considers
Prakash
as
his
mentor,
because
he
has
given
him
a
big
break
with
Abhiyum
Naanum.
Ganesh
Venkatraman
is
very
excited
to
work
with
Prakash
Raj
again
in
his
directorial
debut
film
in
Kannada.
"I
always
knew
Prakash
would
make
an
amazing
film-maker.
But
I
never
expected
him
to
take
up
direction
so
soon,"
DNA
reports
Ganesh
saying.
"Jogi,
my
character
in
the
original,
won
me
tremendous
recognition,
I
cannot
wait
to
play
it
all
over
again,"
he
added.
It
is
a
known
fact
that
Prakash
Raj,
who
is
a
very
popular
actor
in
Tamil
and
Telugu
films,
is
remaking
his
Tamil
movie
Abhiyum
Naanum
as
Naanu,
Nanna
Kanasu
in
Kannada.
The
Tamil
movie
has
already
been
remade
in
Telugu
as
Akasamantha.
Now,
movie
Naanu,
Nanna
Kanasu
is
being
produced
by
Prakash
and
B
Suresh.
The
movie
will
have
Hamsalekha's
music
score,
Ananth
Arasu's
camera
work
and
Arun
Sagar's
art
direction.
Naanu,
Nanna
Kanasau
will
start
shooting
from
November
last
week
or
December
first
week.
