It was reported earlier that the journalist had boycotted Nenapirali and Honganasu press meets after director Ratnaja refused to the interview. Now he is back in news with another burst out. This time he has hurled his anger against the police and security department for not allowing him to shoot his forthcoming movie Premism in Someshwar and Halebeedu.

Ratnaja is very upset with the police and security men in Someshwar and Halebidu. “We are Kannadigas and we"ll do a Kannada movie. We want to shoot a Kannada song in Someshwar and Halebeedu. They annoyed us and didn't allow us to shoot the song," Ratnaja said with a heavy heart.

“But these authorities allow people like Rajinikanth to shoot the movies of other languages without a second thought. Recently, I"ve seen a Rajini"s movie, which has a song and village panchayat scene shot in this place. What kind of justice is this?" he added his grief like this.

Presently, Ratnaja is directing the Prem Kumar and Amoolya starrer movie Premism. The movie has completed half of the shooting and another half is yet to be shot.
