Sandhya to add spice to Aptharakshaka

Kadhal (Tamil) fame Sandhya has been cast in the film Aptharakshaka, the 200th film of Dr. Vishnuvardhan. The film is the sequel to his earlier hit Apthamithra. Sandhya who made her debut in Kannada films with Nanda opposite Shivrajkumar is very happy at the opportunity to act with Dr. Vishnuvardhan.

“I am very proud to be a part of this big budget film and I have an excellent performance oriented role", she said. Aptharakshaka is being directed by P.Vasu and it has five heroines: Bhavana, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Nikita, Vimala Raman and Sandya.

It is heard that in the sequel Dr.Vishnuvardhan will continue to play the psychiatrist and Avinash will be the 'Mantravadhi" once again. The head of the family will be played by Srinivasamurthy and most of the shooting will take place at a huge bungalow in Palani, Tamilnadu.
