Producer Shilpa Ganesh slapped with a case by BBMP

development,
Maleyali
Jotheyali
and
Malebille
producers
are
facing
the
anger
of
Bruhat
Bangalore
Mahanagar
Palika
(BBMP)
for
spoiling
the
beauty
of
the
city
by
sticking
their
posters
on
the
public
walls
without
permission.
A
complaint
has
been
registered
against
producers
Shilpa
Ganesh,
TS
Anand
and
HR
Kodandaram
at
Subramnya
Police
Station.
Recently,
BBMP
has
come
out
with
a
serious
action
plan
against
the
producers
those
who
will
stick
the
wall
posters
of
their
films
on
the
public
walls
without
permission.
The
producers
those
who
will
violate
its
rule
will
be
booked
under
the
Prevention
of
Disfigurement
Act
of
1981.
Now,
BBMP
has
slapped
a
case
against
Maleyali
Jotheyali
and
Malebille
producers
under
the
same
act.
Two
wall
posters
of
these
movies
were
stuck
on
the
wall
of
Vivekananda
College,
Rajkumar
road
in
Rajajinagar,
Bangalore.
During
their
operation,
BBMP
officials
found
these
posters.
"Now,
a
complaint
has
been
lodged
against
the
producers
and
distributors
of
Maleyali
Jotheyali
and
Malebille," said
Inspector
S
Shridhar,
Subramanyanagar
police
station.
