Hyderabad.
Soon
he
will
return
to
Mumbai
to
shoot
Phoonk
sequel
Phoonk
2.
Sudeep"s
association
with
RGV
has
made
him
very
busy
in
Bollywood.
Now,
he
is
playing
the
role
of
a
real-life
DCP
in
Ram
Gopal
Varma"s
Rakta
Charitra.
“It"s
a
modern-day
Mahabharata,
with
Shatrughan
Sinha,
Vivek
Oberoi,
Zarina
Wahab,
Raj
Babbar,
Surya
and
Ranjeet
playing
major
roles," the
Bangalore
Times
quotes
him
as
saying.
“It"s
a
five-hour-long
bilingual
in
Hindi
and
Telugu.
It"ll
release
in
two
parts,
each
of
two-and-a-half
hours"
duration.

second
part
will
be
released
30
days
after
the
first,"

Sudeep
will
be
heading
to
Mumbai
to
shoot
Phoonk
sequel
Phoonk
2,
which
is
also
produced
under
RGV"s
banner.
The
movie
is
a
debut
directorial
venture
of
Milind
Gadagkar.
Sudeep
says,
“I"m
doing
the
sequel
for
my
friend
Milind."
Sudeep
says
that
RGV
has
always
surprised
him
with
offers.
Now
under
his
banner,
the
actor
has
planned
to
debut
as
a
director
with
a
remake
of
Kannada
movie
Just
Maath
Maathalli.
“I"ve
finalised
the
production
house,
but
I"m
yet
to
zero
in
on
the
cast.
A
couple
of
actors
have
already
shown
interest
in
being
part
of
the
film,"
the
Bangalore
Times
reports
him
as
saying.
However,
he
has
already
finished
the
shooting
of
another
RGV"s
movie
Rann,
which
is
slated
for
a
January
2010
release.
He
is
also
working
on
to
direct
a
bilingual
project
in
Kannada
and
Hindi
next
year.
He
says,
but
it
all
depends
on
how
the
movie
Rann
does
at
the
Box
Office.
