Vijay starrer Taakat completes 50 days

Duniya Vijay-Shubha Poonja starrer movie Taakat has scored half century. The hit pair has once agian proved their 'taakat' through the movie. Produced by 24 Frames Production, the movie has successfully completed 50 days in 15 centres, director MS Ramesh.

The producers of the movie Taakat had recently held a function at Patel Inn in Bangalore to celebrate the success of 50 days. Director Ramesh expressed his hope that the movie will compete hundred days. He said, "The action and sentimental sequences will make the movie run for hundred days. The movie will run for hundred days at least in ten centres."

Crazy star Ravichandran and producer Rockline Venkatesh attended the function and gave away the 'Taakat 50' mementos to the artistes and technicians of the movie. Talking about the movie Taakat on the occasion, producer Rajshekhar Naidu said, "I had lost my money in the movie Beladingalagi Baa. Now, Taakat has brought that amount back to me."

However, S Narayan directed movie Chanda has also completed 105 days. Actor Vijay said, "The marks card issued by the audiences is more important than anyone else." Meanwhile, director MS Ramesh announced his next movie with Vijay. The movie will be directed by K Manju and it will be titled as Kala Bhairava or Ashwathama.
