Vijay shooting Shankar IPS in Mysore

The shooting of Vijay-Catherine starter Kannada movie Shankar IPS is briskly going on in and around Mysore. Recently, the shooting of the movie was held in Ilawalad Mane, police station and court in Mysore. Earlier, a chasing scene was also shot at Chamundi Hills and Lalitha Mahal Palace in Mysore.

The movie will continue to shoot for 55 days in Mysore. After finishing 90% of shooting, the crew will return to Bangalore on December 10, says Producer K Manju. Duniya Vijay appears as a police officer for the first time while Bangalore based model Catherine plays his love interest.

MS Ramesh is directing the movie Shankar IPS. Gurukiran has scored music for five songs of the movie and Dasari Seenu is cranking the camera. Rangayan Raglu and Avinash are in other important casts.
