Bhavana, Priyamani roped in for Vishnuvardhana

Earlier this week, producer Dwarakish made a big headline when he announced his plan to title his next movie after late actor Dr. Vishnuvardhan. Now, his movie Vishnuvardhana is making another news after he roped in two Malayalam actress Bhavana and Priyamani for the lead roles alongside actor Kicha Sudeep.

Bhavana debuted in Kannada with Puneet Rajkumar starrer movie Jackie and Vishnuvardhana will be her second film in Kannada. Actress Priyamani entered Sandalwood through Puneet's Raam and currently she is acting in Eno Onthara with Golden Star Ganesh. And this film will be third film in Kannada. Both of them have given their consent to act in this film and executive producer Yogish Dwarkish is working out their dates.

V Kumar, who has earlier worked as an assistant to Tamil director KS Ravikumar, is turning an independent director through the film Vishnivardhana. Kicha Sudeep will play the hero while Bhavana and Priyamani appear as the heroines alongside him. Popular Bollywood actor Sonu Sood will cast villain's role in the film.

Although the producers have planned to title the movie as Vishnuvardhana, it is yet to be registered at the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce. However, Dwarkish is said to be meeting Bharathi Vishnuvardhan to take her consent for the title. Meanwhile, V Harikrishna has been roped to compose music for it. He has already started the composition work and has finished two rounds of sitting with the director.
