Dimple Chopra replaces Ragini Dwivedi in Kote

Mumbai based actress Dimple Chopra has replaced actress Ragini Dwivedi in director Srinivasa Raju"s upcoming Kannada movie Kote. Now, Dimple will romance the lead hero Prajwal Devaraj. The tall and beautiful Ragini, who made her debut with Yee Shathamanada Veera Madhakari, has opted out of the movie citing date problems.

Dimple Chopra debuted with cinematographer Ashok Kashyap directed movie Sihi Muthu, which starred Prem Kumar and Dhyan. The movie is waiting to be released since a long time. In Kote, Dimple will be seen in a glamorous avatar. The director of this movie Srinivasa Raju started his career in Sandalwood with Sangathi and later on went on directing the hit Kannada film Nannavanu, which also starred Prajwal Devaraj.

Gayathri, a close relative of leading actress Sudharani's, will be debuting in the Kannada film industry with this movie. Ragini is now acting in Kempe Gowda with Sudeep. She said the she was signed by producer Shankare Gowda much before Kote and she left it only because she could not manage the dates.

The team of Kote conducted 'muhurat" on September 17 at the ISKCON temple in Hubli. The movie is being produced by Manjunath and Murthy. Hope, Prajwal and Dimple make an amazing chemistry and the film rocks like the last release of the director's!
