Harish Raj coming back with Gun

Actor-cum-director Harish Raj, who debuted in Kannada with the movie Kalakar, is now coming back with his second directorial venture. The movie, which is titled Gun, features actress Mallika Kapoor alongside Harish in the lead. Comedian Rangayana Raghu is playing the villain in the movie, which will go to floors very soon.

Harish Raj is playing a college boy while Mallika Kapur appears as a TV reporter in the movie Gun. The director says that the movie has been uniquely titled, but it neither deals with terrorist story nor there is any waving of swords and sickles in it. It is a beautiful love story. The director has woven in commercial elements like good music, fights and chase sequences in the film.

Gun depicts how the life of a college drop-out student changes when he starts using a gun. The film explores the kind of chaos that reigns in his life after he gets a gun. “Without portraying negative elements, I"ll show people how you can lose track when you digress from your goal," the Bangalore Times quotes him as saying.

Meanwhile, Harish Raj is also playing lead roles in the movies like Naavu Namma Hendtheeru, Narada Vijaya and Bengaloored, which is getting ready to release very soon.
