Shashank's Krishnan Love Story releasing this Friday

Director Shashank is now all set to release his second film Krishnan Love Story (KLS) this Friday (June 18). The film stars actor Ajay Rao and actress Radhika Pandit in leads. The Sandalwood director says that his latest film is even better than his first movie Moggina Manasu, which has won five Filmfare award.

Although the much hyped Bollywood movie Raavan is releasing this Friday, Shashank does not seem to be much worried about it. He says that the success of a film depends on its subject. He is very confident that his film KLS has a strong storyline and it will live up to the expectations of audience.

Talking about lead actors, Shashank says that Radhika is playing Geetha, which is a challenging role and has many shades, and she will have a huge impact on the viewers. The director has lot of appreciation for Ajay Rao too. He says that he has done complete justice to his character.

The film KLS deals with the real-life love story of Shashank's friend Harsha. The director has changed the climax as to make it convincing to the audience. It is a visual poetry that endeavours to capture the profound yearning and intensity of such true love. On one hand, it raises serious doubts of existence of such purity in this deranged 21st century and on other, it stresses the truth of such truthfulness in every viewer"s heart.

However, the movie has been produced by Uday Mehta and Mohan Nayak. Chandrashekhar has wielded the camera and V Shridhar has scored the music for the film. Now, the director has made up his mind to bring both his friend Harsha and his lover before the media immediately after the release of the film KLS so that audience will get to know both sides of the story.
